Kronologi

Peristiwa memilukan ini terjadi di Provinsi Riau Kamis (4/6/2020).

Malam itu, saat sang ibu mulai sedikit sadar dari tidur, mendengar suara bisik-bisik seseorang

"Ayo cepat pakai bajumu. Nanti ketahuan ibumu." Terdengar suara dari dalam kamar.

Si Ibu merasa tidak asing dengan nada bicaranya

Dia lalu bangun dan menuju ke arah suara

Ternyata, ulah sang Suami yang baru saja melampiaskan nafsu bejatnya ke anaknya yang masih gadis.

Ia terkejut mendapati Suami nya berada di sana dan ternyata suruhan pakai baju itu dari suaminya.

Lebih terkejut lagi ketika sang anak gadisnya mengaku telah disetubuhi bapak kandungnya itu.

Bapak cabul berinisial MH berusia 40 tahun itu ternyata bukan cuman sekali melakukan aksi bejatnya

Anak kandungnya itu disetubuhi di kamar remaja yang masih belasan tahun itu ketika bapak cabul itu baru pulang.

Ketika sampai di rumah, pria itu langsung masuk ke kamar anak kandung nya itu dan menyetubuhinya.

Anak kandungnya itu tidak bisa berbuat apa karena diancam oleh bapaknya itu.

Usai memenuhi nafsu bejatnya, pria itu menyuruh anaknya memakai baju dengan cepat.

Kejadian itu terjadi setelah MH masuk ke dalam kamar anak gadisnya itu dalam keadaan mabuk.

 

Pelaku yang kemudian melampiaskan nafsu bejatnya itu kepada si anak bahkan mengancam anak gadisnya itu agar tidak ketahuan sang ibu.

"Ayo cepat pakai bajumu, nanti ketahuan sama ibumu," demikian kata MH sebagaimana ditirukan oleh Kapolres Rohul AKBP Dasmin Ginting melalui Paur Humas Ipda Feri Fadli.

Diceritakan pula oleh Paur, ancaman MH terdengar oleh ibunya yang tengah tertidur tersebut dan kemudian mendatangi anaknya.

Tak hanya sekali, keesokan harinya pada Jumat (5/6) MH kembali mengulangi aksi bejatnya sambil mengancam istrinya sendiri sambil mencekik batang leher istrinya tersebut.

Merasa tak senang, Ibu korban R pun melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib untuk segera ditindaklanjuti sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku.

Tak berapa lama laporan tersebut masuk, pihak kepolisian kemudian mengamankan pelaku yang tengah berada di rumahnya tersebut sekira Selasa (12/6) lalu.

Saat diamankan, polisi juga turut membawa serta sejumlah barang bukti pendukung, diantaranya pakaian milik korban dan pelaku, kain alas serta pakaian dalam.

Pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 81 UU 35/2014 perubahan UU 23/2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman maksimal 15 tahun kurungan penjara.

"Saat ini pelaku sudah kita amankan dan akan kita proses sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku," tandas Paur.
