Karena menggerebek suami dan selingkuhannya, keduanya kini menjadi tersangka.

C alias F dan putrinya yang masih berusia 16 tahun kini berstatus tersangka kasus penganiayaan yang dilaporkan MR ke Polsek Tamalate, Makassar.



“Ya setelah kita lakukan penyidikan, ibu (C alias F) dan putrinya sudah kita tetapkan tersangka kasus penganiayaan pasal 170,” kata Kanit Reskrim Polsek Tamalate, AKP H Ramli Jr.

Kasus ini bermula saat beredar video viral istri grebek suami bareng pelakor 8 Juli lalu.

Dalam video itu, C alias F bersama putrinya menggerebek sang suami A bersama seorang wanita berinisial MR.

Dalam penggerebekan itu, terjadi adu mulut hingga pertengkaran fisik.

Pertengkaran fisik yang terekam dalam video itu, kepala MR dihantam toples atau tempat penyimpanan kue yang ada di meja.

“Jadi prosesnya terus berjalan sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku. Selama belum ada perdamian kedua belah pihak,” jelas AKP H Ramli.

Keduanya lanjut H Ramli, pun akan menjalani proses penahanan di Mapolsek Tamalate. Terpisah, C alias F juga melaporkan MR dan suaminya A ke Reskrim Polrestabes Makassar.

C alias F melaporkan kasus itu ke Polrestabes Makassar melalui kuasa hukumnya atau pengacara Ari Dumaris.



Ari Dumaris kepada sejumlah awak media mengungkapkan, ada tiga poin yang dilaporkan C alias F ke Polrestabes Makassar.

 

“Jadi ada tiga pasal yang kita laporkan pada malam hari ini, yang pertama adalah penrusakan, yang kedua asalah menikah tampa seizin istri yang sah, terus yang ketiga yang paling terakhir kita laporkan adalah perzinaan,” kata Ari Dumaris.

Pengrusakan yang dimaksud Ari Dumaris dalam laporannya ialah penrusakan ponsel milik anak dari C alias F.

“Penrusakan karena dia (telapor) merusak handphone dari anaknya, dia menarik dan membuang sehingga rusak, itu ancaman pidananya untuk penrusakan itu satu tahun,” terang Ari Dumaris.

Terlapor dalam kasus itu, kata Ari Dumaris ialah sang suami berinisial A dan istri sirinya yang berinisial B.

“Kedua-duanya (A dan B) kami laporkan. Jadi hari ini sudah selesai (kami laporkan), semua kita serahkan ke pihak berwenang tetapi kami akan terus mengawal sampai mereka berdua (A dan B) bertanggungjawab,” ujarnya.

Belum lama ini viral seorang istri pergoki suaminya yang selingkuh. Video ini tersebar luas di media sosial, satu di antaranya di unggah di Instagram @smart.gram pada, Rabu (5/8/2020).

Dalam video tersebut terlihat dua perempuan masuk ke dalam sebuah rumah dan langsung menyerang perempuan yang diduga selingkuhn pria tersebut.

Video berdurasi 43 detik tersebut berakhir dengan dipecahkannya sebuah toples di kepala pelakor.

“Viralkan ko, viralkan ko, ini yang kau mau? Bikin malu-malu,” ujar salah satu perempuan tersebut.

Perempuan berbaju putih yang diduga pelako lantas menjawab “saya apaiko?”

“Pergoki suami selingkuh, istri sah marah besar, pukul, jambak hingga hantam toples beserta isinya ke kepala si pelakor sampai pecah.

Kasus perselingkuhan yang melibatkan wanita lain sebagai orang ketiga (kini tren disebut sebagai pelakor–perebut laki orang), kembali terjadi dan viral di media sosial.

Kali ini kejadiannya di Makassar, namun belum diketahui secara spesifik di mana. Dalam videonya yang viral, terlihat istri sah meradang saat memergoki suaminya bersama si pelakor.
