Karo Humas Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Soes Hindharno mengatakan, ada dua bentuk pengaduan yang bisa dilakukan, pertama, datang dari para karyawan perusahaan atau pekerja bergaji di bawah Rp5 juta.

Pengaduan ini didasari bila pekerja memiliki kartu kepesertaan aktif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan namun belum terdaftar sebagai peserta penerima subsidi upah atau gaji.

Untuk pengaduan pertama ini, pekerja bergaji di bawah Rp5 juta bisa langsung mendatangi kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan terdekat atau bisa langsung menghubungi kantor BPJS pusat secara langsung.

“Pengaduan kita bagi menjadi dua, pertama apabila pekerja merasa bekerja di perusahaan tertentu dan merasa mempunyai kartu kepesertaan aktif di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,

tapi kok tak menerima, biar enak daripada mengadu ke tempat lain malah salah alamat, langsung mendatangi kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Di mana, kantor BPJS terdekat atau ke kantor BPJS pusat,” ujar Soes, Sabtu (29/8/2020).

Tak hanya itu, para karyawan juga bisa melakukan pengaduan secara langsung di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan melalui Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Peserta (SIPP) BPJS ketenagakerjaan yang dapat diakses di Website BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Tentu, pekerja juga harus menyediakan sejumlah syarat administrasi yang sudah ditetapkan pemerintah.

SIPP online, merupakan website pelaporan peserta online yang dikembangkan sebagai alat bantu perusahaan untuk melakukan pengolahan data kepesertaan berupa data perusahaan, data tenaga kerja, data upah dan penghitungan iuran secara cepat dan akurat.

Aplikasi ini merupakan inovasi dari SIPP Desktop versi offline yang telah diperkenalkan sebelumnya.

“Sebagai contoh, saya kok harusnya dapat tapi gak dapat, tapi harus pastiin lagi saya ini sudah anggota (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) apa bukan, ini juga bisa mengadu ke Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan melalui Sistem informasi ketenagakerjaan ada di webnya,” ujar dia.

Sementara itu, pengaduan kedua berkaitan dengan persoalan pekerja yang sudah terdaftar menjadi peserta penerima upah, namun mengalami kendala teknis ataupun sesuatu hal yang bisa merugikan peserta penerima.

Bentuk pengaduan kedua ini pun sama dengan yang pertama, di mana peserta dapat melaporkan secara langsung kepada pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan atau ke Kemenaker.

Bawa sejumlah dokumen atau bukti terkait yang menyatakan secara benar bahwa para penerima mengalami permasalahan saat menerima bantuan.
