Tiga pasangan yang masih remaja ini diamankan di sebuah rumah kosong di salah satu gampong di Kecamatan Kembang Tanjong, Pidie.

Tiga pasangan yang diduga pesta seks di rumah kosong itu pun diciduk polisi.

Data dari Polres Pidie satu pasangan laki-laki berinisial AD (18) dan perempuan berinisial TM (19).

Sementara dua pasangan lagi masih di bawah umur.

Ketiga pasangan bersamaan melakukan persetubuhan di dalam rumah kosong.

Diduga telah empat hari rumah kosong tempat mereka berbuat haram, akhirnya digerebek warga.

Berdasarkan informasi diperoleh Serambinews.com, Sabtu (3/10/2020) dari warga dan kepolisian, bahwa tiga lelaki dan tiga wanita melakukan hubungan layaknya suami istri, Jumat (1/10/2020) sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB, dipergoki warga.

Ketiga pasangan tersebut dibawa ke balai gampong untuk diperiksa warga.

Hasil pemeriksaan warga, bahwa ketiga pasangan itu telah menginap di rumah kosong itu selama empat hari.

Kapolres Pidie, AKBP Zulhir Destrian SIK MH, melalui Kasat Reskrim, Iptu Ferdian Chandra MH, kepada Serambinews.com, Sabtu (3/10/2020) mengatakan, ketiga pasangan yang melakukan hubungan layaknya suami isteri telah diamankan polisi.

Ia menyebutkan, ketiga pasangan tersebut mengaku telah melakukan perzinaan empat kali.

Warga menyerahkan ketiga pasangan itu ke Kantor Satpol-PP dan WH Pidie. Pihak WH berkoordinasi dengan Tim Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (TP2A) Pidie.

Bahwa, tiga perempuan itu pernah melakukan persetubuhan di tempat lain dengan berganti pasangan (seks bebas).

"Tiga perempuan itu pernah berhubungan di tempat lain dengan laki-laki lain yang dominan masih di bawah umur," jelas Iptu Ferdian.

Ia menyebutkan, ketiga pasangan itu akan dibidik dengan pasal 25 Juncto pasal 23 dan pasal 37 Qanun Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang hukum jinayat.

" Kita imbau kepada orang tua untuk menjaga anak sehingga tidak terjerumus kepada pergaulan bebas," jelasnya.
